NIC ASIA BANK nepal industrial and commerical bank which was founded on 21st july 1998.It was renamed NIC ASIA BANK on 30 june 2013 after immersed with bank of Asia.In histoy it was the first commercial bank which was merged.After the merger,NIC ASIA was recognize as"BANK OF YEAR 2013-NEPAL"by the bankers,financial time,UK.It was second time that the Bank was recognized with this prestigious award, the previous occasion being in 2007.
The Bank has successfully completed its 21 years of operation.The Bank is headed by chairman Mr. Tulsi Ram Agrawal and Cheif Executive Officer Mr. Roshan Kumar Neupane .Mr. Neupane was appointed as CEO of the bank on 2nd December 2018 with 4 years tenure.
